Operations Executive – Academic Operations

About the role

The Operations Executive ensures the smooth delivery of daily academic activities at Code Mantra. Acting as the operational backbone, you will coordinate teachers, students, parents, and internal teams to guarantee classes start on time, attendance is tracked, and issues are resolved swiftly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily class schedules, ensuring punctual start times and tracking attendance for both teachers and students.
• Coordinate teacher availability, handle substitutions, and escalate no‑shows to the Teacher Success team.
• Oversee student attendance, follow up on missed sessions, and arrange makeup classes or rescheduling requests.
• Respond to parent inquiries, resolve scheduling concerns, and facilitate communication between teachers and families.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, update teacher and student profiles, and generate operational reports.
• Diagnose and resolve issues such as internet disruptions, Zoom problems, and scheduling conflicts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Customer Experience, Curriculum, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Execute shift‑start and shift‑end tasks, including reviewing schedules, monitoring live classes, and preparing daily operation reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, Education, Operations Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of operations or administrative experience, preferably in EdTech or the education sector.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
