Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Manager to oversee daily operations, manage employees, coordinate business activities, and ensure that organizational objectives are achieved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations and business activities.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor employees to ensure high-quality performance.
• Plan work schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor task completion.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve workplace efficiency.
• Monitor departmental performance and ensure organizational targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with senior management, employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and relevant documentation.
• Handle customer/client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and resource planning.
• Identify operational challenges and take corrective action.
• Conduct staff meetings, provide guidance, and support employee development.
