About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remittance Operations Officer to manage the day‑to‑day activities of our remittance business in Nepal. The successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain operational efficiency and support the team in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily remittance transactions according to company guidelines and SOPs.
- Ensure full compliance with Nepal Rastra Bank regulations and AML/CFT policies.
- Maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations and oversee settlement processes.
- Monitor regulatory updates and attend compliance training sessions.
- Handle office administration tasks and provide operational support as needed.
- Communicate with foreign clients via email, phone and messaging platforms.
- Assist management with additional duties and special projects.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity and ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
