OT Scrubber (Orthopedic) – Medical Equipment Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OT Scrubber with hands‑on orthopedic surgery experience to join our medical equipment sales team. The role combines clinical knowledge with sales activities, promoting and selling orthopedic instruments and devices to hospitals and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell orthopedic medical equipment and surgical products to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Visit hospitals, meet orthopedic surgeons, OT staff, procurement teams and other healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrate product features, applications and proper usage.
• Use OT and orthopedic expertise to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals and procurement teams.
• Provide product demonstrations and clinical support as required.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
• Follow up leads, prepare quotations and coordinate orders and deliveries with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing, Health Science or a related healthcare field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an OT Scrub staff, preferably in orthopedic surgeries.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures and instruments.
• Good understanding of OT protocols, sterile techniques and surgical instrument handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident when interacting with doctors and hospital staff.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Previous medical equipment sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
