Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive is a full-time, on‑site role based in Nepalganj, responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The position involves identifying potential customers, presenting products and services, and negotiating terms within company guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the Nepalganj market.
• Present company products and services, conduct sales visits and follow‑ups.
• Negotiate terms and prepare sales proposals within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
• Gather market feedback and contribute to sales strategies to increase market share.

Required profile

• Proven ability in sales, client relationship management and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Solid organizational and time‑management abilities, including record‑keeping and visit planning.
• Comfortable using basic computer applications and digital tools for reporting.
• Prior experience in field sales or a similar role (experience in the local Nepalganj market is a plus).
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an added benefit.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and ethical approach.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and market visits.
