Outbound Sales Manager

About the role

Gochali Tours & Travels is seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to lead the growth of its outbound travel business. The role will be based in Lazimpat, Nepal and focuses on generating sales, developing travel packages and managing supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert outbound travel leads into confirmed bookings.
• Develop and sell international holiday and group tour packages.
• Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
• Build relationships with clients, corporate accounts, DMCs, hotels, airlines and other travel partners.
• Negotiate competitive rates and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Follow up with inquiries and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Coordinate confirmed bookings with ticketing, operations and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate lead and booking records in the company CRM.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, conversion rates and profitability.
• Identify new destinations, products and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in outbound travel sales or related tourism sales.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into bookings.
• Strong ability to develop and sell international holiday and group tour packages.
• Experience in negotiating rates and terms with suppliers and partners.
• Familiarity with managing sales pipelines and using CRM systems.
• Ability to coordinate with ticketing, operations and finance teams.
• Analytical skills to monitor sales performance and profitability.
