Outbound Sales Officer – Travel & Tourism

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and customer‑focused Outbound Sales Officer to join our travel and tourism team. You will be responsible for generating new business, promoting our travel services, and building lasting relationships with both individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new customers through phone calls, visits, referrals, networking and social media.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for domestic and international tour packages.
• Sell flight tickets, hotel reservations, visa assistance, travel insurance and other travel‑related services.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries and customized travel proposals.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Handle corporate accounts, educational institutions and group travel bookings.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and follow up on payments.
• Collect customer feedback, resolve complaints and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in outbound sales, preferably in travel or tourism.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage multiple client relationships.
• Passion for travel and knowledge of tourism products is a plus.
