Outbound Tour Operator

About the role

Lucky Holidays is looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Outbound Tour Operator to manage complete travel experiences for clients. You will plan, coordinate and execute outbound tour packages, ensuring every aspect from flights to sightseeing runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and arrange outbound tour packages based on client preferences, budget and requirements.
• Book and manage flights, hotels, ground transportation, sightseeing activities and other travel services.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations and travel proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with international hotels, airlines, DMCs and other travel partners.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, confirmations, amendments and cancellations.
• Manage airline ticket reservations, issuance, re‑issuance, cancellations and refunds.
• Check flight availability, fares, schedules, baggage allowances and applicable rules.
• Resolve ticketing or booking issues in collaboration with clients and airlines.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, tickets and client documents.
• Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in outbound tour planning, travel coordination or airline ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations, travel requirements and booking procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer‑service mindset with strong communication skills.
