About the role

The Outlet Sales Associate will be the front‑line representative of Newmew’s retail outlet, ensuring customers receive a friendly and efficient shopping experience. You will help customers find the right products, drive sales, and keep the store looking its best.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including features, pricing, promotions, and offers.
• Process billing, cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.
• Keep product displays attractive and the outlet clean, organized, and well‑presented.
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
• Address customer questions and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Promote offers, discounts, loyalty programs, and other promotional activities.
• Support daily store operations and collaborate with team members.
