Paid Ads Specialist

About the role

The Paid Ads Specialist plans, creates, manages, and optimizes paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI. This role works closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are effective and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to ensure maximum impact.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
• Create detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to boost conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets, track spending, and ensure campaigns stay within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing.
