Performance Marketing & Traffic Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and hands‑on Performance Marketing & Traffic specialist to drive qualified traffic, acquire new customers, and deliver measurable digital growth across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑marketing and traffic‑acquisition strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Display and retargeting platforms.
• Plan, launch and continuously optimise campaign budgets, audiences, bids, keywords, placements and media mix.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, traffic and revenue.
• Design and manage remarketing, retargeting and audience‑segmentation programmes.
• Analyse the customer funnel, run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, offers, CTAs and landing pages, and work with Creative, E‑commerce, Campaign Marketing and Technology teams to boost performance.
• Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTMs and conversion tracking, and produce regular performance, channel, campaign and budget reports.
• Guide the performance‑marketing team and coordinate with external agencies when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing and paid‑media experience.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including budget management and optimisation.
• Good understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels and traffic optimisation.
• Analytical, data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, health, beauty or consumer‑product sectors is preferred.
• Team or agency management experience is an advantage.
