Paid Media Specialist

About the role

TaxMD™ is looking for a hands‑on Paid Media Specialist to own and scale its paid acquisition efforts across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for turning the existing paid media foundation into a measurable, growth‑driven system that supports both the personal and professional sides of our AI‑powered tax planning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Develop and maintain account architecture, bidding strategies and tracking setups.
• Conduct creative testing, landing‑page optimisation and conversion analysis.
• Produce regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists and marketing associates to align creative and messaging.
• Scale paid media spend as the business grows and help build a future paid‑media team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end paid media campaigns in a performance‑marketing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on weekly KPI measurement.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and communicate findings clearly.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and briefing creative assets.
