About the role
The English Mentor will guide Nepali-speaking learners to improve their spoken English skills through interactive, remote sessions. This part‑time, work‑from‑home position uses Ambition Guru’s learning app to monitor progress and provide personalized feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Engage learners via the platform to practice English communication.
- Provide real‑time conversation support and constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging learning environment.
- Report learner performance and session outcomes in a timely manner.
- Uphold professionalism and quality standards during each session.
Required profile
- Freshers or current bachelor’s degree students.
- Strong English speaking and listening abilities.
- Friendly, patient, and confident communicator.
- Own personal laptop for remote work.
- Available to work flexible hours between 6 AM and 10 PM.
