Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

TD Media is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing content and performance marketing agency. You will work on‑site in Tikathali, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn audience insights into measurable growth for our brand clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research audiences, markets, competitors and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Manage budgets, track key metrics across the full marketing funnel and report performance.
• Collaborate with content, creative, sales and client‑service teams to translate strategy into high‑performing campaigns.
• Analyse campaign data, identify bottlenecks and make data‑driven decisions on testing, changes or scaling.
• Test audiences, offers, creatives, hooks, messaging and campaign strategies to improve results.
• Identify content and campaign angles with high potential for attention and demand.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital advertising and marketing funnels.
• Excellent analytical and market‑research skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta, Google and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear decisions.
• Effective communication and teamwork across creative, content, sales and client teams.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
