Plant Head – LT Panel Manufacturing

About the role

We are establishing Nepal’s most advanced Low Voltage (LV/LT) electrical panel manufacturing facility in Bhairahawa. As Plant Head, you will own the entire plant and project execution functions, driving operational excellence, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the setup, commissioning, and expansion of the LT panel manufacturing plant.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and systems to achieve world‑class manufacturing standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end manufacturing activities: engineering & design, production planning, fabrication, busbar processing, assembly, testing, quality assurance, and dispatch.
• Review and approve panel designs, ensure compliance with IEC, IS and other international standards, and lead value‑engineering initiatives.
• Oversee project execution, coordinating with consultants, EPC contractors, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality.
• Establish robust quality control systems and maintain compliance with major OEM specifications (e.g., Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens).
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and key‑account acquisition.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in electrical panel manufacturing and delivery of complex LV switchboard projects.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale industrial production units and project execution teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic and commercial acumen.
• Ability to build and lead high‑performance engineering and manufacturing organizations.
