Poster Staff – In‑Market Branding Associate

About the role

The Poster Staff will execute in‑market branding activities for Agro Thai Foods across Nepal. This role involves installing promotional materials, maintaining brand visibility at retail outlets, and supporting branding operations while building positive relationships with outlet owners.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily poster‑pasting targets by installing a minimum of 200+ posters across 60+ outlets.
• Visit designated outlets according to assigned routes and complete all branding activities.
• Install posters, streamers, and other approved branding materials following company standards.
• Support branding staff and vendors during campaigns and promotional events.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with outlet owners.
• Provide timely market feedback on branding opportunities, competitor activities, and outlet observations.
• Submit daily field reports, live photos, and required documentation as per company guidelines.
• Comply with assigned routes, working hours, and company policies.

Required profile

• Ability to travel to multiple retail outlets daily.
• Physical capability to install posters and related materials.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to maintain professional representation of the company.
