Procurement Assistant – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Procurement Assistant to join our team on the night shift. You will support the purchasing process, coordinate with suppliers and internal departments, and ensure smooth order fulfilment while working onsite in Siphal, Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with creation and processing of purchase orders, quotations and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
• Track orders, follow up on delivery timelines and update records accordingly.
• Maintain vendor, invoice and purchasing records in an organised manner.
• Prepare procurement reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
• Support inventory tracking and cost‑comparison activities.
• Utilise AI tools for research, reporting, data analysis and other procurement‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in BIM, BBA, Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in research and reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination and analytical abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid documentation skills.
• Comfortable working onsite during night hours.
• ERP/Odoo knowledge is a plus.
