Product Development Specialist – Travel Content

About the role

Sita World Travel is seeking an experienced Product Development professional to create innovative travel products for international clients. The role blends destination research, storytelling, and product design to enhance the company’s travel offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Create destination content, itineraries and travel narratives for an international audience.
• Develop and curate travel products tailored to international guests, collaborating closely with operations and sales teams.
• Research emerging destinations, experiences and travel trends to generate new product ideas.
• Support RFPs and sales decks with market‑ready, client‑facing content.
• Build relationships with local experts, guides and contributors to the Destination Knowledge Centre.
• Maintain accuracy, tone and brand consistency across all content and meet strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product development within the travel or tourism sector.
• Strong background in travel content creation, destination research and storytelling.
• Ability to translate on‑ground travel experiences into polished, publish‑ready material.
• Excellent written communication skills for an international audience.
