Program Coordinator – BIT or Management Programs

About the role

The college seeks dedicated and organized Program Coordinators to manage the day‑to‑day academic and administrative functions of its Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) and Management (BBA/MBA/MBA‑E) programmes. The role involves supporting students, faculty and ensuring smooth operation of departmental activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily academic and administrative tasks for the BIT or Management programme.
• Liaise with faculty, students and university officials to ensure effective programme delivery.
• Prepare schedules, class routines, examination timetables and departmental reports.
• Monitor student attendance, academic progress and maintain documentation.
• Assist with curriculum implementation and accreditation activities.
• Organise seminars, workshops, training sessions, industrial visits and other academic events.
• Maintain accurate records of departmental activities and student data.
• Support admissions, orientation and student counselling processes.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and Purbanchal University regulations.
• Act as the primary contact between the department and college administration for programme matters.
