Project Coordinator

About the role

Trade Tower Group is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of its ongoing real‑estate and hospitality projects. Based in Thapathali, the role involves regular travel to project sites such as Nagarkot and close collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and government authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating day‑to‑day project activities and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Liaise with municipalities, government offices, and other authorities to obtain project documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain project records, files, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and project updates.
• Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and report observations.
• Support the Chairman with scheduling, follow‑ups, and general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with project planning, procurement, and logistical activities as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to support project operations.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of relevant project coordination experience.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites, including Nagarkot.
