Project Sales Engineer

About the role

VIE TEC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Project Sales Engineer to lead the sales and implementation segment for its water‑technology and AV solutions portfolio in Nepal. You will build a pipeline, conduct demos, close deals and oversee installations, working closely with IT managers, builders and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales leads, visit stakeholders and present VIE TEC products and services.
• Understand customer requirements, provide demos and propose optimal solutions.
• Design system layouts, create AutoCAD drawings and Bill of Quantities for each project.
• Supervise on‑site installation, ensure compliance with design schematics and local codes.
• Conduct post‑installation checks, troubleshoot failures and hand over fully functional systems to customers.
• Collaborate with architects, builders and other on‑site professionals as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in AV installation or integration.
• Valid driving licence and access to a two‑wheeler for site visits.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Hands‑on experience with AV equipment, connectors and cable types.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, switches, routing).
• Familiarity with DSP programming (advantage).
