Project Sales Head

About the role

Sarvottam Paints Industries Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Project Sales Head to lead project and institutional sales across Nepal. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the project segment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive project and institutional sales across Nepal to achieve business targets.
• Identify new project opportunities, generate leads and convert prospects into confirmed business.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants and institutional clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors and internal teams for smooth order processing.
• Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.
• Travel extensively across Nepal for client meetings, project visits and regional sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project and institutional sales.
• Experience in paints, construction or building materials is an advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of project‑based sales processes and institutional business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.
