Project Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking motivated Project Sales Specialists to join our growing team across several locations in Nepal. The role focuses on driving sales of cement, paints, hardware and other construction materials through project‑based opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop project sales opportunities in assigned regions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with contractors, developers and distributors.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide after‑sales support.

Required profile

• BBA or BBS degree.
• 3–7 years of experience in cement, paints, hardware or construction material sales.
• Proven track record in project‑based sales.
• Local candidates preferred for each location.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of cement, paints and hardware markets.
• Project sales techniques and contract negotiation.
• Client relationship management.
