About the role

Neofin Hire Purchase, a regulated financial institution in Nepal, is expanding its Recovery team. This entry‑level position offers a solid start in finance, focusing on collecting overdue loan payments.

Key responsibilities

• Call customers with overdue mobile phone and vehicle loans to follow up on dues.
• Negotiate payment dates, obtain firm commitments, and explain consequences of continued default.
• Visit customers in the field when required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and promises to pay.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly recovery targets.

Required profile

• Confident and outspoken communicator.
• Calm under pressure, able to stay polite yet firm.
• Persuasive with strong listening skills.
• Disciplined, target‑driven, and ownership‑focused.
• Willingness to conduct field visits.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
