Regional Sales Executive – SME Business

About the role

The Regional Sales Executive – SME Business will lead Ncell’s small‑and‑medium enterprise sales activities in the Biratnagar region. You will act as the main liaison between the regional team, SME agents and vendors, driving acquisition, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Regional Unit Head (RUH) to allocate resources for existing and new SME products.
• Visit high‑end customers, maintain relationships and resolve critical issues.
• Monitor market competition, technology trends and service requirements, and report insights to the unit.
• Track RUH activities against the sales roadmap and ensure targets are met.
• Deliver sales and product training to SME agents and brief RUH on new offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on SME sales performance and agent activity.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring agent recruitment, timely payments and compliance with government regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments for market surveys, ATL/BTL collateral, and payment processes.
• Collect customer feedback and complaints, forward to supervisors and follow up on resolutions.
• Promote self‑service channels such as USSD, e‑care and mobile applications to SME customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, Marketing or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s/Professional degree with 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of the local SME market, competitive trends and sales operations.
• Excellent coordination skills, proactive attitude and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Nepal’s labor code and related regulations.
