Relationship Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to manage restaurant partner accounts in Kathmandu. The role focuses on building strong partnerships, supporting growth initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries, requirements, and day‑to‑day support.
• Engage regularly with partners to understand their needs and improve their experience.
• Monitor restaurant account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support partners with promotional campaigns and platform‑related requirements.
• Ensure restaurant information and operational details remain accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Proactively support partner retention and satisfaction.
• Identify and onboard potential restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Support commercial projects and strategic growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support teams to resolve partner issues.
• Communicate promotions, policies, and operational updates to partners.
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and account activities.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates on account performance and activities.
• Conduct field visits and in‑person partner meetings as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities effectively.
• Analytical and reporting competence.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driving licence for regular field visits.
