Remote Loans Processor / Parabroker

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Loans Processor / Parabroker to support our mortgage broking operations. The successful candidate will manage loan applications from initial meeting through to settlement, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working from home with a stable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deals end‑to‑end, supporting brokers with daily loan processing tasks.
• Create and maintain client files in Mercury Nexus CRM, keeping notes, documents and status updates current.
• Prepare lender documentation, online application forms and compile supporting documents such as income statements, IDs and existing loan paperwork.
• Perform basic data checks, calculate loan amounts, LVRs and servicing inputs.
• Assist with credit assessment, reviewing bank transactions, credit reports and identifying risk flags.
• Support pricing requests by gathering justification and evidence.
• Order and track valuations, manage compliance and ID verification requirements.
• Monitor applications through conditional approval, formal approval and settlement, liaising with lenders, conveyancers and clients.
• Participate in daily huddles and contribute to workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Energetic, detail‑oriented and positive attitude.
• Stable internet connection and personal IT equipment.
• Prior experience in the Australian mortgage industry is highly valued.
• Willingness to learn and follow training on credit assessment and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mercury Nexus CRM.
