Remote Telesales Executive – Business Banking & Loans

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Telesales Executive to work remotely for Taamul Credit Review Services. The role focuses on promoting business bank accounts and loan products through phone and online communication, while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers and present the company’s products and services.
• Pitch business bank accounts and business loan solutions effectively.
• Maintain a mandatory daily talk time of at least 90 minutes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Collect required documents from customers for account opening and loan processing.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads and existing customers.
• Generate and collect leads using Google and other online sources.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups, and customer information.

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive personality.
• Self‑motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to manage daily talk time and meet performance metrics.
• Attention to detail when handling customer documents and data.
