Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Nature Club, a family‑friendly venue offering indoor and outdoor dining as well as event spaces. Based in Nepal, you will ensure smooth service, high food and beverage quality, and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise staff schedules, hiring, and performance management.
• Oversee VAT billing, bookkeeping, and daily financial records.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, coordinating closely with kitchen and service teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage reservations, private rooms, and events such as seminars, family gatherings, and weddings.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Control inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships, supporting cost‑control initiatives.
• Contribute to local marketing activities to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven people‑management and hiring skills.
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable hours.
• Familiarity with budgeting, inventory control, and vendor coordination is a plus.
