Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive who is passionate about technology and enterprise sales. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our engineering teams, delivering AI, SaaS and cloud‑based solutions to both local and global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals and outbound activities.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation campaigns, including cold email, LinkedIn outreach and other prospecting methods.
• Create and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles to target the right industries, companies and decision‑makers.
• Build, manage and nurture a healthy sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
• Understand client objectives and recommend AI, SaaS and technology solutions that address their challenges.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos and presentations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with engineering and product teams to produce customized proposals, quotations and RFP responses.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure accurate CRM documentation of all interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (other backgrounds considered with relevant experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, technical sales, IT/SaaS/enterprise sales or a similar client‑facing role.
• Experience working with global or international clients is a plus.

Required skills

• Understanding of AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and enterprise software.
