Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, confident and result‑oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join Decor Hub in Lalitpur. The role focuses on generating new sales opportunities, promoting our products and services, and building strong client relationships while supporting overall marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.
• Promote company products/services through various marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain customer records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular updates to management.
