Sales Trainee (Entry Level)

About the role

SetoPixel is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join its team in Lalitpur. This entry‑level position is designed for fresh graduates or students who want to start a career in sales, offering comprehensive training in client communication, lead management and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone, message and email.
• Assist with social media marketing and online outreach.
• Follow up leads, update sales records and maintain the CRM.
• Support business development activities under supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum education: completed +2; a bachelor's degree in progress is a plus.
• Age under 25 years.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Confident, punctual, disciplined, positive attitude and able to work in a team.
• Freshers and female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and other online tools.
