About the role

Energy Motors is looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Officer to lead revenue growth and expand its client base in Nepal. The role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and produce regular sales reports.
• Forecast sales performance and contribute to business planning.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed.
