About the role

Avinya Store, a retailer of chairs and innovative products in Kathmandu, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients.
• Build and manage leads through calls and networking.
• Arrange meetings with decision‑makers to showcase products.
• Develop and deliver sales pitches, demos and proposals.
• Negotiate prices and contracts to meet sales targets.
• Provide post‑sales support and maintain customer relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Create Facebook and Instagram posts using Canva.
• Produce creative videos that attract sales.
• Manage social‑media messages and comments related to product inquiries.
• Coordinate chair deliveries with the delivery team.
• Handle customer inquiries across multiple platforms (Instagram, Meta, Daraz).
• Record sales, appointments and complaints accurately.
• Collaborate with marketing to reach target audiences.
• Inform product developers of improvement opportunities.
• Prepare cost‑benefit analyses for prospective customers.
• Respond to messages and sales inquiries after office hours and on weekends.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and handle after‑hours inquiries.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to understand needs.
• Comfortable managing multiple sales platforms and social‑media channels.
