Sales Executive – Healthcare & Personal Hygiene Products

About the role

Birat Healthcare Industries is seeking an energetic, self‑motivated Sales Executive to expand its healthcare and personal hygiene product portfolio across multiple territories in Nepal. The role involves building distributor and retailer networks, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's healthcare and personal hygiene products within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, pharmacies, hospitals, and other business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and market coverage objectives.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, gather customer feedback, and track competitor activities.
• Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution at retail outlets.
• Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback for management.
• Follow up on customer payments and coordinate collections according to company policy.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide after‑sales service.
• Represent the company professionally during product promotions, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and market developments.
• Perform other sales‑related duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or consumer goods.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable with field sales and traveling across assigned territories.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
