Sales Executive – Hospitality

About the role

Bagaicha is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive to join its hospitality team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue across the restaurant, private events, and broader hospitality offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers and other partners.
• Promote Bagaicha’s restaurants, dining experiences, private events and hospitality services to potential clients.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations and follow‑ups; respond promptly to enquiries and convert them into confirmed business.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, packages and other sales materials.
• Coordinate with Restaurant, F&B, Events, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, enquiries, follow‑ups and conversions.
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales updates to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
• Proactive, target‑oriented and self‑motivated attitude.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term professional relationships.
• Good knowledge of Kathmandu’s hospitality and corporate market (advantageous).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred.

• Basic sales reporting tools.
