About the role

Entegra Sources is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its dynamic sales team. This entry‑level position focuses on engaging international clients and helping the company expand its presence in global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from international clients.
• Present, promote, and pitch company services to potential leads across global markets.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, manage pipelines, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of communication and sales progress using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
• Support the sales team with client follow‑ups and coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (junior level).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls with professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a willingness to meet sales targets.
