Sales Executive – Night Shift

About the role

We are a growing SaaS/VoIP company seeking a Sales Executive to own the complete customer journey, from initial outreach to closing deals and post‑sale coordination. This night‑shift position (11 pm – 7 am) offers the chance to develop a full SaaS sales skillset in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with leads and clients via phone, chat, and email throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Run outbound campaigns to qualify new business and identify user needs.
• Conduct product walk‑throughs, guide trials, and help teams select communication solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and move opportunities toward a final “yes.”
• Maintain follow‑up sequences to keep the pipeline active.
• Record all sales activities and buyer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding.
• Lead revenue‑focused projects to scale the sales operation.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Confident in live dialogues, requirement gathering, and objection handling.
• Fast learner who takes accountability and works proactively.

Required skills

• Experience in SaaS, B2B, telecom, or technology sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with product demonstrations, CRM or sales tools.
