Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, target‑oriented Sales Executive to drive real‑estate sales for a portfolio of 1‑3 BHK apartments. The role involves engaging potential buyers, presenting suitable options, and guiding them through site visits to close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand customers’ budgets, requirements, and purchase timelines.
• Present appropriate 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartment options.
• Identify serious buyers, prioritize high‑potential leads, and schedule property site visits.
• Handle objections, negotiate professionally, and maintain consistent follow‑up until booking or closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly site‑visit and sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in real‑estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Confidence in phone and face‑to‑face interactions, with a proactive, disciplined, and target‑oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance‑based incentives.
