Sales Lead – BPO & Call Center (Lead Generation & Team Management)

About the role

The Sales Lead will drive growth for BPO and call‑center services by overseeing lead generation, client acquisition, and the coordination of sales and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and business development for BPO, call center and outsourcing services, including target identification, outreach strategies and pipeline management.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve revenue targets, set priorities, monitor performance and coach members on prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Oversee the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives, manage content creation, digital presence and lead hand‑over processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to proposal, negotiation and closure, ensuring client requirements are met and relationships are maintained.
• Identify new market segments, monitor trends and competitor activity, and provide intelligence for business development initiatives.
• Develop and track sales and marketing plans, forecasts and performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in BPO, call center or outsourcing.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising sales/marketing teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, commercially aware and results‑focused.
