Sales Manager – Education Partnerships

About the role

Embark UnMath is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to expand its educational solutions across partner schools and institutions in Nepal. You will lead business development initiatives, deliver product demos, and build lasting relationships with school leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while executing market penetration strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present proposals to school decision‑makers to secure new institutional partnerships.
• Maintain high client satisfaction, manage key stakeholder accounts and collect feedback for service improvement.
• Identify emerging trends in the education sector and collaborate with marketing for events and outreach.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales reporting, weekly pipeline forecasts and accurate contract documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a target‑oriented mindset.
