Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the growth of our agent and merchant network, driving revenue and ensuring strong relationships with partners. This is a contractual role based in Kathmandu, reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and merchant preferences to adapt tactics.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the sales team to maintain high motivation and performance.
• Act as a liaison between sales and other departments for seamless coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing agents and merchants, ensuring loyalty.
• Rapidly expand the agent and merchant network in targeted areas.
• Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Negotiate contracts to secure optimal deals for clients and the company.
• Support institutional clients with tailored solutions and recommend strategic adjustments based on market feedback.
• Conduct meetings with agents and merchants to disseminate product information and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience at an officer level.
• Prior experience in banking, payments, or IT sectors is preferred.
