Sales & Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the sales and onboarding processes for our SaaS products, Nepal eBilling and Medhavhi. The role involves interacting with small and medium businesses as well as educational institutions across Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation, follow‑ups and maintain client databases.
• Support the sales team in pitching Nepal eBilling to SMBs.
• Present and demonstrate Medhavhi to schools and academic institutions.
• Coordinate product demos, client calls and meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to technical and product teams.
• Prepare sales reports and basic documentation as needed.
• Provide on‑site or remote support during onboarding and training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, IT or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of SaaS or tech‑based products.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and detail‑oriented.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in Nepali and English.
