Sales Officer

About the role

Mobilemandu Gadgets and Accessories is looking for a proactive Sales Officer to accelerate sales growth across Kathmandu Valley. You will manage dealer and retailer relationships, drive new channel acquisition, and ensure the brand’s products reach the market effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing dealers and retailers.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new sales channels for Black Shark, Heatz, Ansty, Vendans, Great Asia, Chuwi and Ipro product lines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to revenue growth.
• Conduct regular field visits throughout Kathmandu Valley to monitor performance and gather market insights.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply‑chain team for timely replenishment.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts and market analysis.
• Track competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer electronics or accessories.
• Strong communication, negotiation and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple accounts.
• Good knowledge of the local market and retail landscape.
