About the role

Mobilemandu, a leading e‑commerce platform for digital and electronic products in Nepal, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and lead its online sales team. You will shape the e‑commerce strategy, oversee daily store operations, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise the e‑commerce team, set objectives and evaluate performance.
• Develop and execute the overall e‑commerce strategy, including pricing, product listings and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the online store, ensuring up‑to‑date content, optimal user experience and smooth website performance.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate with logistics and ensure secure payment processing.
• Provide high‑quality online customer service and maintain feedback mechanisms.
• Generate regular performance reports, analyse sales data and market trends, and present insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, tech and logistics teams to implement new features and campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or e‑commerce sales.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Creative thinking and a results‑driven attitude.
