Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will join Buy & Stamp’s growing team in Pokhara, working hybrid to help small merchants adopt digital loyalty and CRM solutions. You will prospect, qualify and present tailored offers that boost customer retention and repeat sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective small‑business clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present customized loyalty/CRM solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide ongoing support and gather feedback.
• Achieve defined sales targets while representing the company professionally.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Experience in lead generation, pipeline management and sales reporting.
• Background in channel sales or partnership development.
• Proven consultative sales track record, preferably in SaaS, CRM or digital products for small businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel within Pokhara and nearby areas.
