About the role

WorldLink Communications is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead the overall operations of its Pokhara branch. The role combines responsibility for sales performance, customer service excellence, and efficient branch administration. The successful candidate will drive growth, ensure high service standards, and foster a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve monthly targets.
• Oversee timely installation of new services and address troubleshooting requests.
• Manage operations and logistics to guarantee uninterrupted field service delivery.
• Provide prompt and effective customer service for both field and in‑branch clients.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues swiftly.
• Evaluate employee performance, delivering feedback and coaching as needed.
• Lead overall branch functions including sales, customer service, human resources, and administration.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting business targets.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar managerial role.
