Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and result‑oriented Sales Officer to develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves active market engagement, timely collection of payments, and close coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Promote company products and implement sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent after‑sales service.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving license is preferred.
