Sales Operations Manager

About the role

The Sales Operations Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of sales processes to drive growth and ensure seamless order fulfilment. Reporting to senior management, you will act as the bridge between sales, production, finance, and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end sales operations, including order processing, credit control and distributor claim settlements.
• Identify market expansion opportunities and work to increase sales volume.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, finance and logistics to guarantee smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor performance by product, territory, channel, dealer and sales employee.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and management dashboards.
• Provide market insights on pricing, demand and performance to senior leadership.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales and operations team.
• Gather customer and market feedback and relay insights to relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on pricing, discounts and credit terms.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in sales operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence.
