Sales Representative – FeedBox Solutions

About the role

Capital Soft is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive the adoption of its FeedBox digital suggestion box solution across government and private organisations throughout Nepal. The role focuses on generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell FeedBox to government and private organisations in the assigned provinces.
• Identify, visit and qualify potential clients, delivering product presentations and live demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical team for product installation and customer onboarding.
• Provide regular follow‑ups and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
• Represent Capital Soft at exhibitions, meetings and promotional events.
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support product improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across multiple provinces and manage a diverse client base.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
